The core services we have on offer are our Maintenance Plans. These are modular solutions to provide individual support to fully comprehensive maintenance contracts.

Maintenance plans

We know that no two customers have exactly the same requirements. To help us understand your specific needs, choose from the 6 x service modules listed below.

Whatever combination of service you require, you can be sure of the same high standards no matter where you are.

1. Preventative Maintenance

Regular scheduled site visits by an experienced engineer to identify potential problems and extend the equipment life and maximise its reliability in your use.

2. Workshop Repairs

Any product that cannot be repaired on site is returned to workshop to undergo further troubleshooting and evaluation.

3. Loan Equipment

In the event of your equipment failing to work due to a faulty item that cannot be repaired on site, we exchange the item for a unit of similar performance until your equipment is returned or replaced.

4. Spares

If your system requires any spare equipment or replacement parts, these will be provided and installed into your system until your original equipment is repaired or replaced.

5. Emergency Call Outs

We want your equipment to work properly when you need it to. We aim to clear faults within one working day of receiving your call to your point of call.

6. 24hour Emergency Support

Outside standard working hours you can always contact an engineer for telephone support with any specific problems that may simply solve your problem.
